Imagine 3 idiots watching TV without the idiot box! Just seems to be an idiot idea. But that might be true in future.
Sony has released few images of its future TV set with speakers. And there is no box. As you can see from the pictures, the screen with its speakers is transparent. There are yet no details about price or release date.
It looks that Sony is still capable of producing innovative products. They seem to be using a projector at the back of the transparent material (glass ?) to display the image. The speakers seem rather big for this television, you will need lots of free space to place the tv in a room.
It really looks great and might be the next step in tv entertainment in the coming years. Technology always surprises!
