Heat Press are used to Transfer images that have been printed on usually a regular desktop Color inkjet or Color laser printer. Images are full color and can be of a very high resolution. where as Digital Printing that is in fact ruling the roost but very expensive so it becomes unaffordable for end user.  Now innovation in heat printing technology made a heat press the most important machine in any t-shirt printing business, but it depends on the heat press that will ensure the color and quality consistency throughout your t-shirt. 






Now the matter is the requirement, if you need quantities of 24 and higher, then screen printing is probably the way to go for. If your order requires custom names or numbers or maybe just 1 or 2 shirts with a one color logo, then a heat pressed vinyl or press transfer printing will work well. And if you just need many tees that have full color designs then definitely choose DTG printing. In all honesty, the heat press printing is not meant for the industrial or commercial purpose. But as a machine for a business starting up or as a second machine in a busy production line, Screen printing makes a very attractive proposition.
